This subject has given me a clear understanding of how organisations are structured and the strategies they use to meet their goals. It has also shown me how business theory connects to real life examples. As I go through case studies and assignments, it has helped me develop analytical and decision-making skills, which are important in understanding how businesses respond to opportunities and challenges.
